Our Mission

The Financial Crimes Recovery Agency

Empowered by 28 § 510, the Financial Crimes Recovery Agency (FCRA) is a recognized authority dedicated to aiding victims of global financial criminal organizations in reclaiming their lost funds.

Our mission is clear: to ensure that justice prevails by adeptly managing and redistributing recovered funds.

Origins of our Mission

The FCRA was established to address the challenges faced by victims when financial criminal organizations are pursued by government agencies or prosecutors. In many cases, a court-appointed receiver is designated by the judge to recover and administer the funds. However, a substantial portion of the recovered funds is often consumed by administrative costs and receiver salaries, leaving victims with only a fraction of their losses.

According to Statista, in U.S. Litigation, an average of $0.80 is absorbed by administrative and bureaucratic costs (including court-appointed receiver salaries) for every $1 recovered.

At the FCRA, our commitment is unwavering—to ensure victims receive the utmost compensation possible. Every dollar recovered, or recoverable, is directly transferred to the victims, with no fees due to the FCRA.

Expertise Across Frontiers

We have curated a team of experts from diverse fields and agencies with a proven track record in fund recovery, spanning both traditional FIAT banking systems and the Blockchain. Our comprehensive expertise equips us to navigate intricate financial crimes, optimizing recovery outcomes for victims.

Our Broad Jurisdiction

The FCRA holds jurisdiction over all criminal funds not currently under the purview of a court-appointed receiver. This means we can intervene in cases yet to reach court or where the court-appointed receiver has fulfilled their duties.

Whether a case is in its nascent stages or has reached resolution, the FCRA stands ready to assist victims in their fund recovery journey. Our devoted team works tirelessly to ensure justice is served.

Our Unwavering Commitment

As an official body, the FCRA operates without charging any fees for our services. Fully funded by the government, our sole focus is on aiding victims and optimizing their recovery. Our commitment is steadfast—to distribute any recovered funds directly to the victims, eliminating bureaucracy and ensuring a fair and transparent process.
